Tokyo CGM Night Part III: The Attack of the Poken
Just got back from the Tokyo CGM Night event in Harajuku. Was brilliant fun with around 200 of the most interesting people I’ve seen gathered together in Tokyo. Mega big thanks to Danny Choo and Andrew Shuttleworth for putting together yet another great event.
Aside from the presentations and the general socialization free for all, the CGM guys brought another little surprise. Everyone who attended was given a Poken. These are great little gadgets for gathering like this. It’s an electronic business card you can start using right out of the box. Just make sure to go home and register your info later. Lots of cute designs and I had a great time “giving four”, the standard method of exchanging your data.
Again I shot photos pretty much all night (but still had plenty of time to chat with dozens of interesting people there). Loaded them up on flickr, so if anyone want higher quality versions if these, just drop me a line.
